LA Learns21 is a unique partnership of local and national organizations dedicated to supporting 21st century learning in Los Angeles Local District 4 and in the Los Angeles Unified School District.
The partnership is the result of a bold commitment made by LAUSD Local District 4 (LD4) to deliver 40% of its instruction via Project Based Learning by 2013.
The local and national partners came together to support and sustain LD4's work and that of LAUSD, understanding that success and growth is contingent on collective engagement and structural support.
By leveraging the services and resources of its local and national partners and concurrently delivering direct services to schools and professionals, the LA Learns21 Partnership will achieve a sustainable model of 21st century learning professional development in Los Angeles.
